Love It or Return It! 💙

We want you to absolutely love your Graydon Skincare products, but if something isn’t quite right, no worries! We’re here to help make it right (because great skin shouldn’t be stressful).

For Our Canadian Friends

Unopened Goodies
Changed your mind? No problem! Unopened items purchased from graydonskincare.com can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Gently-Used Products
Skincare is personal — we totally get that. If you’ve tried a product and it’s not the right fit for your skin, you can send it back within 30 days for a store credit.

Final Sale Items
After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
Sample sachets, Sets, Gift cards, and the mindful breathing necklace are not eligible for return (we know, it’s a bummer).
Opened or unopened kits and sponges are final sale.


 

Shipping + Fees (Canada)

We’re happy to take your return, but we ask that you cover the return shipping cost.

To help offset this, we’ll issue a $12 store credit once your return is processed.💌

A few quick notes:

  • Original shipping, duties, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns must include a tracking number (so your products don’t ghost us on the way back).

 For Our U.S. Friends

We wish we could make returns as smooth as your skincare routine. We’re unable to accept physical returns from the U.S.

Don’t worry though! If your product didn’t work out, we’ll gladly offer a store credit for the value of your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Here’s how:

  • Email our Customer Experience Team at hello@graydonskincare.com with your order number and batch number(s).

  • Once verified, we’ll issue your store credit faster than you can say “dew it yourself.” ✨

Thank you for understanding we’re working hard to smooth out these cross-border wrinkles.

A Few Final Things

  • We can only process returns for orders placed directly through graydonskincare.com. Retailer purchases must go through them.

  • We keep an eye on return patterns to prevent policy abuse (because fairness = good skincare karma).

The process

 

  1. Log in to your Graydon Skincare Account. You will be able to see all your orders. 

  2. Select 'request return.' Then select all the items you would like to return. 

  3. Select the reason for your return. In the 'notes' section, please include the batch number(s). This is a six-digit code found at the bottom of the bottle. Then click 'request return.'

  4. Our Customer Experience Team will review your request. Please note this may take a few business days. You can expect to receive an email notifying you if your return has been approved or declined.

  5. a) Approved: In an email, you will receive the shipping address to send your package. Please be sure to include the following: 
  • Please include a note with your first and last name and order number in your return shipment.
  • Please provide our Customer Experience Team with the tracking number for your return package.

    b) Declined: You will receive an email informing you that your return request has been declined with an explanation as to why we are unable to accept your request.

    6. We will issue a refund to the original payment method and/or store credit once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). It may take up to seven business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
